Katherine was born and raised in Mobile, AL. She attended McGill-Toolen Catholic High School before attending The University of South Alabama where she was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority. She joined Claimpay in 2013 serving as a Billing Specialist. In 2017 she was named employee of the year and accepted a promotion in early 2018 as Billing Manager.

In her spare time, Katherine is an Instructor- Choreographer for Mobile Bay Dance Academy. She loves spending time with her dog Lola and husband Neilson. Neilson and Katherine married in March 2019 and have one daughter.
